This policy covers “zero bright pixel” defects for the duration of the limited

pixel” guarantee on the box.

the warranty in the following cases.
(a) When the Product has been used under other than normal conditions.
(b) When the Product has not been operated according to the accompanying
instructions for use.
(c) When the Product has been altered or repaired by persons not authorized
by VIZIO Sales & Marketing México S. de. R.L. de C.V. or the respective seller.

To make a warranty claim, submit this Product and this policy, duly stamped
by the establishment from which it was purchased. For customers in Mexico
with VIZIO Sales & Marketing México S. de. R.L. de C.V. televisions that are
larger than 32 inches, VIZIO Sales & Marketing México S. de. R.L. de C.V. or
its authorized representative will provide onsite warranty coverage of repair
and/or replacement services.
Under the terms of this warranty, VIZIO Sales & Marketing México S. de. R.L.
de C.V. or its representative must exchange parts and components of the
Product and include labor and shipping expenses of the Product on which
this warranty is valid, within the service network, at no cost to the consumer.
